Tom Gemmell Bursary Application Process

  1. Register for camp.
  2. Complete a "Tom Gemmell Presbyterian Music Camp Bursary Fund Application Form". You can download a copy of this form here.
  3. Send the application to the PMC-M Chair by post or email by the due date.
  4. The PMC-M Board of Directors will anonymously review all the Tom Gemmell bursary requests we receive and allocate funds. You should hear from us about funding in a timely manner.
  5. The bursary covers the registration fee for one adult.
  6. If additional campers will accompany you to camp (e.g., family members) and they require bursary support, you may apply for an Alison Stewart Patterson bursary for these campers, using the ASP form on this website. These campers will pay the early bird fee if they register by the early bird date.
  7. If you are unable to attend camp for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can consider reallocating your bursary.
  8. The PMC-M Board of Directors may choose to consider requests received after the due date, if funding and registration limits permit. The PMC-M Board of Directors will not consider any requests received after July 31st.
